    Are your products safe?

    Yes. We use the finest natural ingredients based on a conscious decision to work with less toxic and controversial ingredients. Each of our product has been created, enhanced and refined using our years of experience in beauty industry, it’s all paraben-free and on top of all, cruelty free! We decided to choose rice bran oil as the core ingredient of our product. Rice bran oil is extracted from the most nutritious part of rice, the bran and germ.

    Are they also safe for moms?

    Absolutely yes. There is no harmful ingredients for carrying and breastfeeding moms such as Retinoids, Phthalates, Parabens, Toluene, Formaldehyde, P-phenylenediamine and Oxybenzone in our products. And on top of that, we (founders) are also moms! 🙂

    Are you legal?

    Of course we are! GLOU is registered under a legal company in Indonesia and all our products are BPOM registered. That means our products, ingredients and claims are considered safe and approved by the BPOM.

    Are your products Halal?

    We can ensure you that we only use Halal ingredients. However, we are still on progress to obtain Halal certification from the authorities.

    Are your products tested on animal?

    No, our products are not tested on animals.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately, we do not not ship overseas at this time. As we grow, we hope to offer international shipping.

    How long does the delivery process take?

    We only process your order during working days and within 2 days after you placed and confirmed your order.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes, you can. We will update you through email, once your order has been shipped. Also, you can go to our Track Order page to get the latest status.

    What is your return policy?

    If the items you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. You may return the item in its original condition for a refund within 7 working days from delivery. Shipping cost will be paid by you and refunds will be credited back to your bank account.
